About Star Trade Services / Who we are
Star Trade Services has been operating since 2005. Initially focusing on the commercial sector, providing maintenance services to many of Auckland’s most prominent areas. Star Trade Services now concentrates on providing a complete maintenance solution for residential and commercial properties.
Through the evolution of our company we have always had a strong focus on taking problems away from the customer.
Our catalyst for looking after the supporting trades of plumbing, electrical and building was when Auckland Zoo began its newest growth phase and required single contact that was safety conscious and could communicate well in a very demanding environment.
Our processes and our team were so effective that we were approached by Motat, then YMCA to help with their variety of needs.
It became our company policy at this stage to say yes to every maintenance request and trust we had a system and team to provide excellent results.
Over the following years we looked after the maintenance in the many demanding property environments of swimming pools, cinemas, Aotea centre and surrounding theatres and major event centres around Auckland.
Since then we have evolved into the domestic market where we have a focus on property managers and building managers solving their day to day running of the buildings services.
We have created business partnerships with building managers in the central city who need to trust their building safety and operation is in good hands.
We enjoy knowing we are now part of property management teams where they can trust the maintenance of their properties all over Auckland to us with a single email or phone call.
We have many owners with one property who need to know we understand it is their financial future we are caring for.
